Shipping and Returns
When checking out, you can choose a different delivery address to that entered as your registered payment address. If you do not select this option, it will be assumed that your payment address is the one that you would like PT Shirts to deliver your order to.
We will dispatch all orders within three working days of receipt of order. Delivery times are an estimated 3-5 working days.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your garments for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with this returns policy.
Returns by Post
We will refund the full amount paid, via the same method you used to make your original payment, within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
If you require an exchange, we will endeavour to fulfil this for you; however, please email info@paulthomasuk.com to check stock levels before returning your items. Exchanges will be dispatched upon receipt of returned garments, to the original delivery address specified, unless otherwise advised.

Please include a copy of your original invoice in your parcel. All returned items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. When returning items by post, please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Any claims for lost items will not be accepted if proof of postage has not been obtained.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective garments.
